Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery & Oversight – Manage projects from feasibility and design through to completion and handover, ensuring all documentation is prepared and delivered.
• Resource & Cost Management – Allocate resources across projects, monitor budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial and performance reports to the Contracts Manager.
• Programme Management – Develop, maintain, and review construction programmes in coordination with MJMDA staff, ensuring effective forward planning and scheduling.
• Site Coordination & Communication – Lead site investigations, chair meetings, and ensure accurate documentation of discussions, actions, and site records.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Foster strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and design consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical & Contractual Oversight – Review and clarify scopes of work, respond to technical queries, and support estimating processes for new tenders.
• Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance – Promote OHSA best practices, ensure subcontractor adherence to safety standards, and collaborate with the H&S Officer to maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Design Integration & Environmental Standards – Ensure integrated design solutions from the IDS team align with delivery objectives and that contractors comply with environmental legislation.
• Leadership & Continuous Improvement – Champion high standards of leadership, challenge inefficiencies, and drive performance across project teams.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• 3+ years-experience as a Project Manager
• PMP / Prince 2 or other suitable project management qualification
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent PM tools
• Possess excellent organisational skills
• Able to prioritise multiple iniatives and projects
• Able to manage expectations and hold a results driven personality
• Strong communication skills in English
• A Valid Driving license

Contract, Location, Salary and Benefits:

• A full-time in-person position, based in Malta.
• Salary bracket between €36,000 and €48,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
• Participation in company's incentive scheme and benefits.
