Key Responsibilities:

• Communication & Coordination – Serve as a crucial liaison between the site and the design office, ensuring consistent and effective information flow.
• Regulatory & Contextual Application – Apply relevant design principles, policies, and legal frameworks to support context-sensitive project execution.
• Design Implementation Oversight – Ensure that project execution aligns with design intent, maintaining a long-term, sustainable perspective.
• Site Health & Safety Compliance – Promote and uphold health and safety standards throughout the construction process.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Engage with the Integrated Design Services (IDS) Team as required to support comprehensive project delivery.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a construction site leadership role, either as a Site Architect or Site Foreman
• For Site Architect candidates: A professional degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (e.g., B.Sc. or M.Arch) is required
• For Site Foreman candidates: Vocational certification or diploma in construction management or a related field is considered an asset; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, material applications, and architectural detailing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project planning software is an asset
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams effectively
• Demonstrated leadership ability and problem-solving mindset; confident in taking ownership of on-site decision-making
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate the dynamic nature of construction environments
• Clear and professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• A valid driving license

Contract, Location, Salary and Benefits:

• A full-time in-person position, based in Malta.
• Salary bracket between €30,000 and €36,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
• Participation in company's incentive scheme and benefits.
