Job Description

We're on the lookout for an HR Business Partner – Business Support (HRBP-BS) who's passionate about people, performance, and purposeful culture.

What You'll Be Up To:

As our HRBP, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy — enhancing the employee experience through every step of the employee experience. Think of yourself as a trusted coach, culture builder, and change champion all rolled into one.

You'll:

  • Align people plans with business priorities through strategic OKRs
  • Drive employee engagement through feedback, wellness, and inclusion initiatives
  • Use data and insights to make people-focused decisions that matter
  • Foster transparency, build trust, and be a voice for our teams
  • Develop talent and champion career growth with tailored training programs
  • Lead change with clarity, creativity, and care
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws while living our core values
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of broad HR role (most preferably HRBP/HR generalist/HR Specialist?)
  • Experience of working in an International environment, iGaming is a plus
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, trusted advisor to leadership
  • Ability to influence and coach managers at all levels
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environments
