We are currently looking for a Mainteance Supervisor to join our team at Seabank Resort & Spa.

The Job:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure that our properties and facilities are kept in excellent condition.

• Supervising day-to-day maintenance activities and assigning tasks to the team.
• Ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance work is carried out effectively and on time.
• Monitoring and maintaining electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers when required.
• Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Preparing reports and keeping accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Supporting the Facilities/Engineering Manager with projects and upgrades.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance supervision, ideally within hospitality, property, or a similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Maltese is an asset).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Technical diploma or relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
