About the role
As a Digital Marketing Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage and optimize campaigns across different marketing platforms by combining analytical thinking with creative marketing strategies to drive meaningful results. This position requires a balanced blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, perfect for someone who thrives on driving measurable results while adapting to the evolving digital landscape.
What you'll do:
- Manage digital paid marketing activities, ensure brand consistency and strengthen brand identity in the digital space
- Execute marketing strategies and monitor campaign performance aligned with business objectives
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports across multiple timeframes, conduct relevant research and market analysis
- Take charge of monthly marketing and finance processes to ensure efficient resource allocation across initiatives
- Track and analyze marketing expenditures, performance and ROI
- Execute digital campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic channels
- Oversee design and content delivery for marketing initiatives while contributing to the development and refinement of marketing tools
- Collaborate with the retention marketing team to create seamless customer experiences
What our partner is looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance digital marketing
- Proven record in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing and programmatic platforms
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools
- Advanced analytical skills; experienced in performance optimization, ROI analysis and tools such as Google Analytics
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Highly developed project and time management skills with strong attention to detail
