Day/Night Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team at our Hotel as a Day / Night Receptionist.

Main duties will consist of:

Welcoming guests

Check in and check out (the collection of payments of any bills upon check in/check out) of incoming and outgoing clients

Handling of phone lines

Dealing with enquiries in person, on the telephone or via email

Assisting reservations team in the administration of reservations, cancellations, and no – shows

The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, fluent in written and spoken English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking abilities, and have a friendly, approachable demeanour.
