Our client is seeking a Head of Sports Commercial to drive the commercial performance of their sportsbook business. This leadership role will work closely with traders, risk managers, product teams, and CRM specialists to ensure that pricing, promotions, and onsite activities maximize revenue while supporting the company's wider strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee onsite pricing strategies across sportsbook markets to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with traders and risk managers to optimize pricing, margins, and exposure.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define sportsbook product requirements, enhancements, and priorities.
  • Guide CRM managers and campaign planners to ensure promotions and campaigns align with commercial objectives.
  • Evaluate promotional offers for sportsbook customers to ensure they are attractive, sustainable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
