This is a great opportunity land a hybrid-remote role based in Malta for a German-speaking igaming professional, with a career set on Responsible Gaming, to join a well-established group of companies who are just about to launch a brand for the licensed German market (GGL). 
Fostering a culture of compliance across the company, the company manages their operations based on mandatory requirements and standards to ensure a secure user experience.

The salary offered is up to €44K, with typically working 2 days weekly from the office in St Julians, and 3 days remotely (you can work all days from the office, if you prefer). 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Responsible Gaming inquiries
  • Manage Responsible Gaming cases and internal communication channels
  • Monitor player activity and engage with players directly
  • Communicate with players displaying potential risky behaviour
  • Compile Responsible Gaming profiles for player accounts
  • Follow up on player activities after Responsible Gaming interactions
  • Develop and refine Responsible Gaming procedures
  • Work closely with AML/Risk/Compliance team members

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Min 3 year of Responsible Gaming-issues for the German Market / GGL
  • Completed extensive training in responsible gaming
  • Up-to-date on the German regulated market
  • Strong empathy and compassion for players
  • Previous exposure to/interest collaborating with AML / risk
  • Happy to work in a partly office-based role in Malta
