BI Developer

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support and enhance our data and reporting operations. You will play a key role in transforming ad-hoc insights into scalable BI solutions, improving existing data products, and ensuring our dashboards deliver reliable and actionable insights to the business.

What you will be doing

• Develop, manage, and maintain business dashboards and reports across key domains, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Transform ad-hoc analytical requests into well-structured, automated BI dashboards and reusable data models.
• Proactively troubleshoot and optimize visualization platform data sources and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and smooth performance.
• Enhance and add complexity to existing dashboards to support evolving analytical and business requirements.
• Gain a strong understanding of our data warehouse and help unlock the value of our data.
• Analyze, transform, and visualize data using BI tools; contributing across the full data pipeline, from querying and transformation to final visualization and delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and availability by maintaining data sources and integrating new ones as needed.
• Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of dashboards and tools.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience working with data in a commercial or fast-paced environment, ideally within iGaming or a similar digital industry.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with: Analytical tools (e.g SQL, Python and Visualization platforms (e.g Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or Superset).
• Experience troubleshooting data pipelines or BI dashboards.
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
