Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team This person will own the coordination of campaigns and commercial projects from idea to execution, covering all aspects of the commercial business. They will ensure everything connects into a smooth player experience and supports commercial targets.

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate campaigns and commercial projects end-to-end across all teams
  • Make sure onsite flow, promos and messaging match what's being marketed
  • Work with Marketing, Product and other stakeholders to get everything live smoothly
  • Keep calendars, priorities and stakeholders aligned
  • Track results and highlight where we can improve conversion or player experience
  • Support brand launches and other go-to-market initiatives

Experience:

  • 2 years in commercial, campaign or product coordination (ideally in igaming or online consumer products).
  • Broad understanding of how CRM, Marketing, Product and Games tie together commercially.

Competencies:

  • Proficient in project coordination and interpreting campaign performance data to drive improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on player journey and conversion
