As part of the legendary db Group, we deliver iconic food, live music, and unforgettable vibes right in the heart of Malta.

Now, we're on the hunt for an Assistant General Manager ready to support our leadership team, drive operations, and help create the Hard Rock experience our guests love.

Ready to lead with passion and purpose?
As Assistant General Manager, you'll be the right hand of the General Manager, making sure the team performs at its best, guests leave thrilled, and the whole operation runs like a perfectly tuned guitar.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Leading front-of-house teams and ensuring outstanding guest service
  • Driving staff training, performance, and motivation
  • Assisting with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ensuring brand standards are maintained across all areas
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving issues with professionalism
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow

What skills should you bring?

  • Previous experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for people, service, and delivering great experiences
  • Solid understanding of operational procedures and performance metrics
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
  • Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
  • Flexibility with shifts, weekends, and evenings
