We invite a Regional Sales Manager (EU/Africa) to join the VeliTech team.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting online casinos, sportsbooks, platforms, and aggregators, with a strong focus on emerging markets such as Africa, South America, and Europe.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iGaming sector, focusing on long-term partnerships with operators, affiliates, and B2B solution providers.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders (operators, aggregators, payment providers, affiliates), ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and delivering tailored iGaming solutions.
- Collaborate with aggregators and platforms to maximise product distribution and ensure visibility across multiple markets.
- Work closely with internal product, compliance, marketing, and technical teams to ensure offerings are aligned with industry regulations, responsible gaming requirements, and market trends.
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, structuring deals that maximise revenue while aligning with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends (regulatory changes, new verticals such as live casino, sports betting, or gamification tools) and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, competitor insights, and market developments.
- Represent the company at major iGaming conferences and industry events (e.g., ICE, SiGMA, SBC), building brand awareness and expanding the client network.
- 4+ years of proven sales experience in the iGaming industry (B2B), with a track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
- Strong knowledge of iGaming verticals (casino, sportsbook, live dealer, lotteries, social gaming) and understanding of operator and aggregator business models.
- Proven ability to establish and expand relationships with iGaming aggregators, platforms, and key operators.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at the C-level.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends, sales performance, and competitive positioning, enabling data-driven sales strategies.
- Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks within the iGaming sector, particularly in key jurisdictions.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and attend major international industry events.
- Excellent command of English (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese are a plus for emerging markets).
