We are looking to hire a Plasterer / Tiler / Plumbing Worker based in Malta.

Your Role:
As a multi‑trade technician, you will specialise in plastering, tiling and plumbing across a mix of residential and commercial projects. You'll be responsible for high-quality finishing, repairs and installations, ensuring everything is done to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plastering Works: Prepare surfaces and apply bonding agents; mix and apply plaster, render, skim coats, and joint compounds; patch cracks and repair damaged surfaces; install and finish drywall partitions; produce smooth or textured finishes
• Tiling Works: Measure and plan tile layouts for floors, walls, and wet areas; cut and install ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, and stone tiles; apply adhesives, grout, and sealants; ensure proper leveling, spacing and alignment; repair or replace broken tiles
• Plumbing Works: Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage lines; install and fix faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, valves, and other fixtures; address leaks, blockages and pressure issues; assist with PPR, PVC, and flexible piping installation; test plumbing systems for proper function
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials, tools and supplies
• Follow and enforce site safety practices and compliance regulations
• Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors as needed
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in plastering, tiling and plumbing
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality finishes
• Good knowledge of waterproofing, surface preparation,and tiling techniques
• Ability to read and interpret measurements, blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent physical stamina and a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in finishing trades
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Commitment to safety on site
• Valid driving licence required
