InvestCapital LTD is a prominent securitization company, acting in accordance with Maltese Securitisation Act and being supervised by the Maltese institution regulating financial services - Malta Financial Services Authority. The Company may perform securitization on assets, such as: receivables, bonds, investment certificates and shares.
We are currently seeking a Regional Investment Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for coordinating debt portfolios acquisition processes on the Romanian market.
The role is designated to cover InvestCapital's key process of acquisition, including the presence in contract negotiations sessions, occasional relationship building meetings and other connected activities of the investment process.
The role is based in Malta and requires relocation, with relocation package.
Responsibilities:
Develops, implements and monitors ongoing investment plans;Creates and maintains strong business relationships and actively manages communication with Business Partners (internal and external), team members, as well as Advisors of the Company in the debt purchase process;Performs analysis of market trends, assesses investment opportunities, identifies new potential Business Partners and establishes business contacts;Participates in and coordinates transactions of portfolio acquisitions from banks and other institutions (lending institutions, telecommunication institutions, insurance companies, e-commerce, e.g);Prepares the database received from the Business Partner and ensures it is distributed to the relevant valuation services provider;Conducts commercial discussions with customers and ensures high quality of service;Drafts commercial offers and presentations and obtains necessary approvals and signatures;Conducts negotiations of Sale-Purchase Agreements;Adjusts and prepares the final versions of the SPA's;Prepares reports;Ensures reporting of transactions outcome and contract signing completion, in accordance with internal company procedures;Transfers and implements best practices in investment process;Requirements:
Experience in the financial sector (experience in purchasing receivables will be an advantage);Very good communication and presentation skills;High level of business focus and goal orientation;Independence, ability to work with tight deadlines;Fluent in English and Romanian;Very good Excel skills;Experience in working in an international environment would be an advantage;Our offer:
