We are seeking a forward-thinking Digitalisation and Automation Specialist to join our team in Malta. In this hybrid role, you will lead and support digitalisation and automation initiatives that simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve operational performance. You will collaborate across departments to ensure alignment, drive adoption of generative AI, and support Multitude's transformation journey.
Your focus:
- Lead and support operational digitalisation and automation projects from inception to delivery.
- Leverage customer feedback and data-driven insights to simplify processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Represent Operations in strategic and tactical projects to ensure clarity, simplicity, and alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and implement communication plans to support project adoption and awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of automation initiatives.
- Analyse and map customer processes to identify areas for automation.
- Drive adoption and implementation of generative AI solutions to enhance operational performance.
Required skills & qualifications:
Must-have:
- Strong background in digitalisation, process improvement, and automation.
- Experience implementing data-driven solutions to optimise workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret process maps and translate findings into solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in operations.
