One of Malta's leading corporate service providers invites a well-composed, Maltese-speaking Corporate Executive, comfortable with dressing in a Corporate attire, to join their fast-paced team. As a Corporate Executive, you will play a pivotal part in making sure the business runs smoothly.

This role offers a salary of up to €30K.

Kindly note that only candidates who are fluent in Maltese can be considered for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attending corporate client meetings, making sure all documents are in order, along with keeping minutes during the meeting
  • Making sure that company registers are up to date and in order
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and answering their queries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Preparation and submission of statutory filings as well as performing other statutory obligations as required
  • Liaising on behalf of the clients with accountants, auditors, lawyers, and other service providers
  • Collecting and conducting the relevant documents for the verification of due diligence in accordance with KYC procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years' experience in a Corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese at a C2/native level (non-negotiable)
  • Possess a good understanding of Maltese company law
  • Presentable, comfortable in a Corporate attire (dress-code is a requirement as you will represent the company at Corporate meetings)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently and on one's own initiative
  • Attention to detail and time management skills

About the Role

  • Salary of up to €30K benefits
