Accounts Clerk

Mekanika is a leading operator in the Building and Engineering Services Industry, specialising in mechanical and electrical contracting, HVAC solutions, lifts and escalators, industrial products and facilities management. Due to further expansion, the above-mentioned career opportunity has now arisen.

The selected candidate will be responsible for variety of general accounting support tasks in the accounts department, including:

• Handling day-to-day duties related to the suppliers' ledger.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Assisting the Senior Accounts Executive in other financial tasks, accounts reconciliations and other administrative tasks.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a similar role.
• Holds at least an 'O' Level pass in Accounting (or equivalent).
• Possess excellent organisational skills;
• Is conversant with IT applications;
• Enjoys working as part of a team to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Takes a proactive approach to their work.

Knowledge of Eyesel accounting software and Microsoft Business Central will be considered an asset.
