We are currently seeking a Bar Manager to join our dynamic F&B team in San Antonio.

The Job

• Managing the business aspects of the bar, including:
  • Taking inventory and reordering supplies
  • Managing budgets
  • Setting and tracking goals
• Hiring and training staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Creating effective staff schedules and ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours
• Setting and enforcing quality standards and safety controls
• Working effectively with diverse personalities, both among staff and with patrons
  

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
  
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles
• Excellent computer, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  
• Conforms to hotel grooming standards
• Maintains awareness of industry trends in service and product offerings
