Role Overview:We are looking for a highly qualified and driven lawyers to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering legal guidance and assistance to the organization regarding a range of legal issues. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations, reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as aiding in the resolution of legal disputes. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a committed and meticulous professional to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.
What we expect from you:- Draft and finalize a variety of agreements, contracts, and legal documents to ensure the company's legal rights are fully protected.
- Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to management executives on a wide array of issues, including labor law, partnerships, international projects, corporate finance, and beyond.
- Simplify complex legal terms or specifications whenever required.
- Examine and evaluate different risk factors related to business decisions and operations.
- Report legal concerns to management executives with comprehensive analyses, options, and thoughtful recommendations.
- Work closely with external legal counsel on significant matters and complaints involving the Company, while also overseeing their work, including representation in court when the Company's interests are on the line.
- Keep abreast of any legislative changes to ensure compliance and proactive management.
- Take on additional tasks as necessary to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Requirements
- Possess a Doctorate of Laws or a Legal Degree; Master considered an asset;
- At least 4 years' experience as a lawyer including in litigation and iGaming experience;
- Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law; employment and data protection law considered an asset;
- Very good command of the English language, written and spoken (other language/s an advantage);
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with different teams;
- Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions
