Parts Salesperson

GasanZammit Motors Ltd is a leading Automotive & Marine company, representing a prestigious portfolio of world-renowned brands under one roof. Due to further expansion, the above-mentioned career opportunity has now arisen.

Working within the parts department, the selected candidate will be responsible of handling customer parts enquiries (in person, by phone, and email), supporting counter and substore duties, using the electronic parts catalogue, and providing support to colleagues across counters and the warehouse as needed.

The ideal candidate should:

• Be fully conversant with all Microsoft Office applications and ideally have experience in Kerridge (Autoline) system;
• Be proficient in both Maltese and English languages (written and spoken);
• Have a sound automotive technical background;
• Be capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision;
• Show a strong dedication towards customer satisfaction;
• Be a team player and have a pleasant, honest and mature personality.

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
