The Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and grow products within our Casino affiliate portfolio. This role is responsible for managing existing products while driving new initiatives from discovery to execution. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, take initiative and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

As a Casino Product Manager, you are expected to:

  • Own and manage products within the Casino affiliate niche, acting as the domain expert

  • Drive growth of existing products while identifying, validating and launching new initiatives

  • Define priorities and manage backlogs aligned with business goals and product roadmaps

  • Monitor performance through KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements

  • Take full ownership of CRO and experimentation initiatives across products

  • Lead and manage a small team and coordinate work with freelancers

  • Work closely with technical teams to scope, prioritize and deliver product and platform improvements

  • Leverage strong knowledge of the Casino affiliate market to inform product, SEO and CRO decisions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Content, UX, Development and Commercial stakeholders

  • Apply a data-driven, agile and iterative approach across the full user journey

Success in this role means:

  • Consistently growing product performance through SEO, CRO and product improvements

  • Successfully launching and scaling new initiatives with measurable business impact

  • Taking clear ownership and operating independently

  • Building an effective setup for team members and freelancers that delivers results

Job requirements

  • Proven experience managing products within the Casino affiliate and iGaming market

  • Strong background in agile and lean product management methodologies

  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing small teams

  • Hands-on experience owning CRO and experimentation initiatives

  • Strong understanding of SEO, including on-page, off-page and technical SEO

  • Ability to work closely with technical teams, with sufficient technical understanding to drive improvements

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using tools such as GA4, PowerBI, Looker, Clarity or Hotjar

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Full professional proficiency in English

  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish (Nice to Have)

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with WordPress and affiliate CMS setups

  • Experience working with distributed teams and external freelancers
