Content Writer

Role Overview:
As a Freelance Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, informative content focused on recruitment. Your primary task will be creating articles, blog posts, job descriptions, career advice, and other recruitment-related content that is both engaging and optimized for search engine visibility while being relative to Malta, our home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on recruitment industry trends, job market insights, and HR best practices.
• Write compelling, informative, and SEO-friendly articles, blog posts, job descriptions, and career guides.
• Optimize content using relevant keywords, meta tags, headings, and other SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings.
• Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines, style, and tone of voice.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, and algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and create specialized content that addresses specific hiring needs.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in recruitment, HR, or related fields.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong grammar proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to write engaging and SEO-optimized content.
• Familiarity with keyword research, on-page SEO techniques, and content optimization.
• Passion for the recruitment industry, HR practices, and employment trends.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), blogging platforms, and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in content distribution.
