Key Responsibilities:
Advise on legal and regulatory matters in aviation and financial services
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents
Handle licensing and compliance processes with local and international authorities
Support cross-border transactions and corporate structuring
Conduct legal research and prepare client-focused legal opinions
Assist with governance and company secretarial matters as needed
Requirements:
Fully warranted lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience
An LLM or similar Masters degree in a relevant field is an asset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Experience in corporate and commercial litigation is a plus
