Mr Who?
MrQ - we're an awesome, award winning online casino launched in 2018.
We're on a mission to create an entertainment experience players love to come back to —differentiated, fun, and built with care. Since launch, we've disrupted the online gaming space, challenged legacy operators, and proven that you can build an ethical, transparent business that customers trust.
Now we're scaling fast. We're looking for an amazing Chief of Staff who can help keep that momentum, ensuring our CEO and COO can operate at their best, and help transform our strategic priorities into real, tangible outcomes. You'll be the strategic right hand to the CEO and COO and drive clarity, alignment, and execution across the business.
You'll anticipate challenges before they arise, act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, and keep the business focused on what matters most. We work on the Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS) framework and you'll be leading us through that framework to ensure we have constant traction on an ambitious mission.
This is a strategic position for someone who thrives in ambiguity, balances strategic thinking with getting stuff done, and wants to learn how to run a scaling business from the inside out.
