Operations Manager

A Malta-based firm specializing in corporate services, compliance, and financial management solutions is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. The company's focus lies in supporting businesses with regulatory, tax, and administrative requirements both locally and internationally.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimise the company's operational processes across corporate, finance, accounting, compliance, and office support functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely reporting. You will lead the implementation of internal policies and systems, manage client onboarding and portfolio processes, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Salary: up to €55K depending on experience + performance bonus
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise operational processes across corporate, finance, accounting, compliance, and office support functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Design, implement, and continuously improve internal policies, manuals, systems, and portfolio monitoring processes to enhance service quality and meet regulatory requirements
- Monitor client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely execution and adherence to internal and statutory obligations
- Support the Finance Manager with smooth operations, accurate reporting, and proper preservation of organisational data
- Coordinate with accounting, corporate, AML, Risk, and Compliance teams to manage client-related matters and maintain strong internal controls
- Manage operational systems and IT infrastructure in collaboration with providers, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory standards
- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and business continuity protocols are up to date and effectively implemented
- Participate in internal and statutory audits, providing required documentation and responses promptly
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation
Education, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in a similar operational role within a TCSP or financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operational frameworks
- Highly organised with a strategic mindset and project management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Role
