Clerk & Store Keeper - Procurement & Stores

Malta International Airport plc is looking for dynamic individuals who are passionate about working with people within an Airport environment, and are willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Procurement & Stores Department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow inventory procedures and use the ERP system to maintain accurate stock records
• Receive, check, store, and issue materials and supplies
• Conduct routine stock control activities and support stock replenishment (stationery & uniforms)
• Maintain orderly store areas and proper documentation (repairs, PPE issuance, tools on loan)
• Support procurement and stores operations as required
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, and maintain necessary certifications

Requirements

• Be able to communicate clearly both in Maltese and English.
• Have good communication skills when in contact with suppliers and employees.
• Be computer literate.
• Be energetic, self-motivated and with a positive mind-set.
• Be capable of working well within a team.
• Possess a valid driving license.
