Our client, a respected organization in Malta, is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  
• Support the scheduling of meetings, interviews, and HR-related events.
  
• Maintain and update employee records, including both physical files and the HR Information System (HRIS).
  
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by managing work permit documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and registering with relevant authorities such as Jobsplus.
  
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and systems.
  
• Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities and metrics.
  
• Provide support in ad-hoc HR projects as required.
  
• Perform any other duties related to the position as required by business needs.
  

Requirements

• Secondary level of education with 'O' level standard in core subjects such as English and Mathematics.
  
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office environment, preferably in HR or a similar administrative role.
  
• Strong attention to detail, compliance-oriented mindset, and customer-focused approach.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
• Knowledge of work permit processes and proficiency in HRIS systems are considered assets.
