Sales Executive

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our clients team. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell ship supplies, services, and goods to existing and new clients.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, including boarding vessels when required.

• Provide management with accurate reports and feedback to support sales growth and service improvements.

• Ensure all client enquiries and orders are handled efficiently to maximize opportunities.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth and effective business operations.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Maltese.

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within the marine or ship supply industry.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
