Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our clients team. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell ship supplies, services, and goods to existing and new clients.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, including boarding vessels when required.
Provide management with accurate reports and feedback to support sales growth and service improvements.
Ensure all client enquiries and orders are handled efficiently to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Maltese.
Previous experience in sales, ideally within the marine or ship supply industry.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
