About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Event Partnership Manager to join our Event Operations team and play a key role in managing and delivering successful event partnerships. Working closely with the Head of Event Partnerships, you will contribute to the growth of our events by identifying new opportunities, maintaining relationships with sponsors and exhibitors, and ensuring all commercial commitments are delivered to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships within a fast-paced, global events environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Execution:
Support the delivery of partnership strategies by identifying and engaging prospective sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators across the event portfolio. - Revenue Generation:
Assist the Head of Event Partnerships in driving revenue by executing sponsorship and exhibitor deliverables with efficiency and attention to detail. - Client Relationship Management:
Serve as a key liaison for partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless delivery of contractual obligations before, during, and after each event. - Event Delivery:
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner deliverables with the overall event timeline, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for all stakeholders. - Market Intelligence:
Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new opportunities and support sales strategy. - Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate CRM records, track partnership progress, and support the creation of post-event reports and ROI analyses to demonstrate value to partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships and/or event execution
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with international clients and events is advantageous
- Proficiency with CRM and event management systems (e.g., HubSpot, , Bizzabo) preferred.
