Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in accurate financial data entry, reconciliations, and day-to-day problem-solving.

  • Support in preparing monthly management accounts, highlighting key budget variances.

  • Contribute to the improvement of internal controls and accounting processes.

  • Monitor cash flow and analyze financial data to support performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with IT for automation and improved financial reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • ACCA part-qualified or equivalent (F1F9 level).

  • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Shireburn and SAP Business One is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to manage workload under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Proactive team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
