Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Preparing mise en place for the assigned food and beverage outlet
  • Ensuring that the assigned station is clean, well-maintained and appropriately stocked
  • Anticipating the needs of guests, and responding in a proactive manner
  • Complying with food safety & hygiene, health & safety and quality standards as outlined by the management team.
