Purpose of the Role:
As a Campaign Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams. You will play a crucial part in segmenting target audiences, distributing rewards, coordinating across departments, and working in shifts to maintain campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and accurately segment target audiences to tailor campaign offers.
- Ensure that segmentation strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
- Guarantee timely crediting of rewards to players.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels related to rewards.
- Collaborate closely with different departments to align campaign objectives and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of Central Marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future strategies.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, to maintain continuous campaign operations.
- Ensure effective handovers to maintain campaign consistency during shift changes.
- Work under the guidance of the Head of Central Marketing.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve campaign goals.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing or campaign coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and reward systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
