Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and team-oriented Junior Payments Product Owner to join their vibrant team. This pivotal role offers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, requiring the successful candidate to not only align with our team culture but also contribute strategically and take ownership of their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner to handle day-to-day tasks related to our payments platform.
- Assist in shaping the product roadmap and facilitate new payment integrations.
- Contribute to the development of business cases for new products, epics, and features.
- Analyze client requests and refine user story elaboration and acceptance criteria for product features.
- Participate in meetings with development teams to convey business requirements effectively.
- Act as a central resource for all PaymentIQ-related matters.
- Coordinate with the QA team to conduct testing for both new and existing payment providers.
- Conduct continuous quality assurance of existing providers.
- Serve as a primary contact for external providers, fostering strong relationships across the portfolio.
- Manage critical product escalations and coordinate information and status updates within the organization and externally.
- Analyze ongoing payment performance and actively optimize payment performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assume responsibility for PaymentIQ and payment configuration-related documentation.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of online iGaming payment experience or comparable/transferable experience from another online payment vertical.
- Proven experience in working with new payment integrations.
- Experience in collaborating closely with external payment partners throughout all phases, from integration to continuous works and re-configuration/deployment.

- Familiarity with PIQ.
- Basic understanding of QA processes and testing methodology.
- Some coding experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and parties in an open and transparent manner, focusing on the greater good.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ €30,000.00 €40,000.00 Per Year
