Waiters

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters to join the food and beverage teams of our client's hotel and restaurant outlets in Malta. If you are already residing in Malta and have a passion for delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure the proper presentation of food and beverages before serving.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after service.
• Assist with stock management and inventory as needed.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Malta.
• Skills Pass is required.
• Previous experience in a waiter role in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
