We are in search of an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a valuable addition to our dynamic HR team. Are you the enthusiastic individual we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of the Gaming or Tech industry and its talent landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
