  • Support and eventually present and promote the Company's products to prospective and existing clients.
  • Understanding the department's strategy, direction, values and communicate any concerns with the line manager.
  • Assist with researching and organising lead development pipelines to gather key contact and keep up to date with information on market trends.
  • Learn and develop an understanding about prospective clients to recommend suitable products based on their needs.
  • Assist in and contact potential clients through various channels such as chats, cold calls, emails, etc.
  • Qualify leads from campaigns and conferences as sales opportunities.
  • Assist superiors in account management and maintaining relationships with clients which may include attending sales meeting and addressing complaints.
  • Assist the team with commercial aspect of Fortytwo's products, including positioning and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and graphic design team to ensure that prospective clients, as well as current clients' needs, are met, and to prepare and eventually deliver presentations as required.
  • Work alongside team members to ensure smooth and professional execution of the sales process.
  • Attend fairs, conferences, and exhibitions, or travel on work when required.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and Company policies.
  • Any other task assigned by the management and as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • An advanced level of education and/or certification in sales or similar.
  • At least one (1) year of professional experience in business development, sales or a related field of work which includes achieving targets, lead generation, cold calling and/or acquiring new business sales.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and adept at establishing positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience with aspects of the sales process including identifying opportunities and engaging clients.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in English and any additional language is a plus.
  • Effective presentation skills, capable of tailoring presentations to suit diverse audiences.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Experience working within the mobile messaging industry and/or having an IT background will be considered an asset.
  • Interested in and staying informed on the latest technology, products, services and trends in the SMS industry.
