You should be comfortable having tricky conversations with tact and privacy, able to stay super organised, and skilled at making sense of information from all angles. Most importantly, you'll bring a problem-solving mindset and help us stay true to our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Following the regulatory and operational risk control standards as guided by our licensing bodies and internal policies.
  • Assisting in the implementation of our AML program.
  • Reviewing and approving EDD information received from customers.
  • Monitoring player activity and taking actions  in line with internal AML Policies.
  • Enforcing Source of Funds and Source of Wealth procedures.
  • Carrying out ongoing transaction monitoring.
  • Investigating potential PEP or potential Sanctions List matches.
  • Assisting the MLRO with any ad-hoc reporting or tasks.
  • Creating internal reports of unusual or suspicious transactions and/or activities to be escalated to the MLRO.
  • Assisting in the implementation of our AML program.
  • Adhering to the written policies and procedures of the company.

About you:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AML within a gaming company or similar regulated environment.
  • Experience in related areas like risk or fraud in the gaming sector is also valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is a plus.
  • Team player with excellent analytical and independent working skills.
  • Solid knowledge of AML practices and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to balance business and legal considerations.
  • Skilled in identifying and mitigating AML/CTF risks.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and receptive to feedback and change.
