Your day-to-day will include: Handling inbound calls and converting enquiries into confirmed sales Meeting performance goals in sales, quality, and customer care Providing accurate information and assistance across all services Collaborating with teammates and supporting other markets when needed Sharing customer feedback to help us improve our service experience Managing customer complaints professionally and efficiently What We´re Looking For We´re looking for a motivated, customer-oriented professional who loves communication and teamwork.
