Main Duties:

  • Drive financial strategy and planning, including leading the annual budgeting process, providing forecasts, and ensuring legal and policy compliance
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, including statements for the board, economic reviews, risk assessments, and oversight of the finance IT system
  • Manage the company's capital structure for optimal resource utilisation and financial health.
  • Oversee capital structure, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and recommending strategies for M&A and other strategic initiatives.
  • Manage financial risk by analysing liabilities and investments, ensuring compliance, and staying informed on market changes
  • Build and develop a collaborative finance team, promoting innovation and professional growth
  • Present financial results and insights to stakeholders and collaborate cross-departmentally on financial goals

What skills do you need?

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • CPA Warrant Holder and proficient in using financial management software
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and forecasting methods, with the ability to make sound financial decisions
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrating highly ethical and professional competence

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
