Recruiter

Were looking for a driven and personable Recruiter who is fluent in both Maltese and English to join a fast-paced and people-focused team. In this role, youll be at the forefront of talent acquisitionsourcing, screening, and placing candidates who are the right fit for a variety of roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the company

• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through social media, job boards, and other sourcing channels

• Partner closely with team leaders to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of candidate activity and recruitment metrics

• Provide a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Prepare new employee files and onboarding documentation to support a seamless integration process

• Take on other related tasks and projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken this is essential

• Prior experience in recruitment is a must

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence candidates effectively

• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
