Industry: Maritime Location: Malta Basis: Full time Remuneration: Salary + Benefits Main Duties: Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns (paid & organic)Create high-impact video/banner for all advertising campaignsImplement best practices for maximum reach/engagementManage community interactions, including moderation and VIP outreachPlan influencer activations to accelerate audience reach and growthManage SEO and content optimization with keywordsWrite high-quality content to drive maximum user engagementBuild and optimize marketing automation journeys (HubSpot/similar)Manage audience creation and A/B testing and researchManage paid campaign budgets across all channelsAnalyze data, report metrics (ROI, reach), and propose strategic improvementsPerform necessary business and operations administrative tasksCollaborate with the Director and agencies on PR/event-related projectsAssist with flexible ad hoc tasks and business priorities What skills do you need? 3-5 years strategizing/delivering social/digital campaigns with proven business results Agency/in-house Luxury sector experience required (yachting/real estate preferred)Proven success with luxury brand digital campaigns (paid/organic)Manage community, trends, and social activations to drive salesConfident in capturing and editing photo/video for optimal social and digital useExpertise in SEO/automation for luxury lead generationProduce, measure, and report post performance for strategyExceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury brand standardsSelf-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering product excellenceExcellent English required - other languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a bonus Eligibility to work in the EU is a mustWant to see more jobs?
