The selected candidate will deliver comprehensive healthcare services, ensuring high-quality care in family medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care scenarios. Job Details Location: Montana Facility Type: Outpatient Healthcare Center Start Date: Aug 4, 2025 LOA: 75 days Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive family medicine services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and reproductive health services. Offer pediatric care, focusing on preventive measures and treatment of acute conditions. Manage mental health and substance use cases, applying integrated care approaches. Perform in-office procedures and handle urgent care needs effectively. Ensure continuity of care by managing cases of chronic pain and other long-term conditions. Utilize the RPMS EMR system for documenting patient encounters and managing health records. Additional Information Required board certifications in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Montana. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Tribal Health settings is essential. Certifications needed: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
