Key Responsibilities:

This includes identifying, flagging, and removing content that violates guidelines. Additionally, they will detect and report emerging trends in content behavior to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • A native Swedish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level to work effectively with an international team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to recognize subtle content violations.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of content in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to handle sensitive content appropriately.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
