Job Description

The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining and updating accurate financial records, performing monthly reconciliations, and processing timely bank payments. This role requires a trustworthy, meticulous, and highly organized individual with advanced education and excellent communication skills.

In this full-time position, you will support timely receivables collection, provide management updates, ensure accurate data entry, and assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports. Additionally, you will coordinate team tasks, provide guidance on time management, and assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

We are looking for an individual with very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and eligibility to work in the EU. As a Finance Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly reconciliations
  • Process timely bank payments and support receivables collection
  • Provide management updates and ensure accurate data entry
  • Assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
  • Coordinate team tasks and provide guidance on time management
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Trustworthy, meticulous, and highly organized individual
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Quad Consultancy offers a competitive remuneration package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
