Job Description

A Front-End Web Developer is sought after by the company to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code that produces visual elements of the application.

You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, defining how the application looks and works. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new user-facing features
  • Built reusable codes and libraries for future use
  • Ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Validating all user input before submitting to backend
  • Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annumRequired Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of Angular. Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, is also required. Basic knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS, is a plus. Familiarity with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, is essential.

A good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX is also necessary. Proficiency in cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them is required. Lastly, a good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application adheres to them is crucial.
