Job Title: Data EngineerOverview:This is a highly sought-after role that requires expertise in designing, building, and maintaining modern data architectures. The chosen candidate will work at the intersection of data infrastructure, machine learning, and large language model (LLM) deployment.
The ideal candidate brings experience in building scalable data solutions while being comfortable collaborating with data scientists, developing AI pipelines, and deploying models into production environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build robust data architectures to support machine learning, LLMs, and advanced analytics use cases.
- Lead efforts in LLM integration and deployment, including prompt engineering, embedding generation, vector database setup, and inference infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines.
- Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and feature engineering to enable AI model development.
- Participate in R&D of AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, focusing on LLMs, generative AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Support operational monitoring and maintenance of deployed models and data workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role involving both data engineering and ML/AI projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or Transformers.
- Solid experience with SQL and relational databases, including data modeling and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and embedding-based retrieval.
- Experience working with cloud platforms for data infrastructure and ML/AI services.
- Experience deploying and managing Large Language Models.
- Exposure to building or contributing to retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Understanding of data science workflows and ability to support model experimentation, training, and deployment.
- Familiarity with key NLP concepts.
- Knowledge of orchestration frameworks for LLMs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
