We are actively seeking an experienced IT and Network Administrator to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency.

Job Description:

  • Analyze and optimize network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.
  • Maintain and upgrade PC hardware, install software, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Develop and implement effective IT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system shortcomings and user requirements.
  • Ensure data backups are made and kept in a safe location.
  • Comply with established Health and Safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or similar qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in user support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and virtualisation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
