About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our Player Account Management team at Betsson Group. As a key member of our Scrum team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests using industry-standard tools to ensure reliability and increased confidence in product updates.

You will work closely with our development team to identify weaknesses and enhance the effectiveness of our testing, ensuring the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will promote a quality mindset through coaching and close collaboration with the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with at least one Object-Oriented Programming language, preferably C#. You will also need to have a good understanding of software testing processes and techniques, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated tests using industry-standard tools
  • Work closely with the development team to identify weaknesses and enhance the effectiveness of testing
  • Promote a quality mindset through coaching and close collaboration with the team
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues to provide detailed and actionable feedback
  • Improve the Software Delivery process to enable the team to deliver high-quality Increments faster, aiming for Continuous Deployment
Requirements
  • Experience with at least one Object-Oriented Programming language, preferably C#
  • Good understanding of software testing processes and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
