Culinary Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Servers at our esteemed resort.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and efficiently serving food and beverages to guests. They will also maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the area, while adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Greeting and Serving Guests:
• Taking orders for food and beverages, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Ensuring timely and professional service, monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the area.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of orders and payments.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a resort environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guests' needs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Must be currently residing in Malta.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
