Lead Frontend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, with expertise in Vue.js, Bootstrap/Tailwind, and Alpine.js.

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality front-end components of web applications. You will work closely with the backend team to integrate front-end components with Laravel (PHP) services, and collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality front-end components using Vue.js, Bootstrap/Tailwind, and Alpine.js
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate front-end components with Laravel (PHP) services
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web pages
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance application performance

To be successful as a Lead Frontend Engineer, you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js
• Experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for responsive and modern UI development
• Knowledge of Alpine.js for lightweight interactive components
• Understanding of front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, NPM, etc.)
• Ability to work closely with backend developers, particularly with the Laravel (PHP) framework
• UI/UX design sensitivity skilled in translating designs into high-quality code with familiarity in responsive design principles
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Proficient knowledge of the French language (Oral & Written) will be a plus
